# Construction à ossature bois à haute préfabrication à Manhay



À Manhay (province de Luxembourg), un projet de construction à ossature bois a été réalisé grâce à une planification numérique continue et un haut niveau de préfabrication.

	


	
Roofland a assuré l’ensemble des prestations préparatoires, du relevé des mesures à la modélisation 3D, en passant par l’usinage numérique et la préfabrication en atelier des éléments de structure. La logistique, la livraison ainsi que le service de grutage ont également été pris en charge.

Les murs et éléments constructifs, intégrant isolation et parements, ont été produits en atelier et livrés prêts à monter sur chantier. Le gros œuvre a ainsi pu être rendu hors d’eau en une semaine.

Ce projet illustre l’efficacité d’une construction bois industrialisée, combinant précision, rapidité d’exécution et qualité de réalisation sur site.
