Air leakage survey

Air leakage survey

As opposed to airtightness testing, an air leakage survey is carried out on a finished building and provides information on its actual condition.

The survey establishes the amount of air leaking into and out of the building.

It details the location, importance and distribution of leaks.

The assessment report provides comprehensive information on the condition of the roof covering, the air change rates and the location of any heat losses.
